Our acceptable use policy states that you may not use our SMTP services for sending unsolicited mail.
The error you received indicates that our outbound filtering technology has detected a violation of our outbound spam policy. This enforced policy will prevent any mail account marked as spam from being sent by this mailbox for 24 hours after the last message that was detected as spam was sent, ie the SMTP of that user will be suspended for 24 hours.
As a remedy to this issue, please inform your user(s) to modify their messages that could include content that could be considered spammy (using URL shorteners, URL links to content that they have not published, images, signatures that include images, phone numbers, or addresses, etc.) If after making changes to messages they are still being flagged as spam please provide us with a copy of the message so we can investigate the message further.
If your users is not sending the messages reported their account is likely compromised and you must have them run a malware check on their machine, install an anti-virus program and modify their password that in no way resembles the previous password. It is suggested that you use a password that is at least 8 characters in length and contains upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
It is not possible to override the 24 hour SMTP ban for a flagged user. If required, we can offer you a free alternate SMTP server with a login and password to be used with your mail software.
These measures are being taken to make sure that our outgoing mail servers (SMTP are never blacklisted and that your emails are always delivered correctly and in timely manner.
